September Food & Wine Tasting evening!

It's Game Season!!
We are very excited about the menu for the next wine tasting evening as we are going for game! The game dishes we have had on the menu have always been extremely popular so we have dedicated the next wine tasting evening to some of the favourites, but fear not if you are vegetarian - we have a delicious seasonal menu for you too - just let us know and we will send you the menu.
As usual we will be marrying 6 delicious wines with the dishes, and will be joined by our excellent host Tim McLaughlin-Green from Sommeliers Choice.
The price is £59 per person which includes 6 generous tastings of wine, a 4 course dinner and coffee. Any other drinks must be paid for separately.
Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non-refundable, and are sold on a first come, first served basis.
Menu
Clear broth of pumpkin and apple with Doddington cheese soufflé

Roast loin of hare with a fine tart of beetroot and red onion, beetroot salad and fresh chives

Pheasant; roast breast and ravioli of confit leg & walnut, with red cabbage, brandy, and green peppercorn sauce
~
Greengage charlotte with honey and yoghurt ice cream
