Well if like many of us, summer seems to have flown you by this year, don't worry.  We've got some great ideas that will help you get out in the fresh and enjoy the rest of the warm weather - plus make a real difference to vulnerable people living in East London at the same time!   Exercise your pedal power...and cycle from London to Brighton   Join us on 11 September 2011 for the London to Brighton cycle challenge, starting in south London and finishing on the Brighton sea front.  Over 300 cyclists are expecting to take part - and this is your chance to join them! Book online or visit our website for more information.   Get an adrenaline rush...and Parachute Against Poverty! Calling all adrenaline junkies!  If you want to take on an exciting challenge, and if you believe that poverty must not exist, you are invited to join us for the Parachute Against Poverty jump day on 17 September 2011.  Find out more about this exciting challenge    Stretch your legs...at the Run to the Beat half marathon Run to the Beat as 12,000 runners take on the London half marathon set to music on 25 September. Starting and finishing at the O2 Arena, this 13mile run through Greenwich, has brilliant beats to help power your run. Last year this run sold out, but we have guaranteed places to offer supporters.
